Subject	Has anyone experienced turbo failure on a brand new set?

Message	I have about 200 miles on my new block and 530's, but I noticed a bit of oil on the outlet house coupler..and on the outlet pipes leading to the intercoolers(not puddles but enough to be able to scoop some with a finger)..however, I am not blowing blue. My turbos sat for about 6 months before they were finally installed so I'm wondering if the seals could of somehow went....
